Nine years ago, my two best buds & I made a drunken pact that we would one day make bagels & sell them to the people of Ipswich (we were fed up of battered sausages). 
I completely forgot about the conversation until July 2020 when we delivered a box of bagels to Helen's house & she said 'Gab, you're living our bagel dream'.
